Ordering Furniture
Are your furniture pieces custom-made?
Many of our pieces are Amish-crafted and built to order. Some items may be quick-ship or in-stock, depending on the builder and collection.
Can I customize my furniture?
Often, yes. Many pieces can be customized (wood species, finish, size, and other options). Customization options vary by builder and product.
Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
Because most custom furniture is built to order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. If you have questions, please contact us before ordering and we’ll gladly help.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes! We welcome you to visit our showroom to see finishes, craftsmanship, and select pieces in person.
Lead Times & Production
How long will my furniture take to be ready?
Lead times vary by builder, product, and season. As a general estimate:
- Custom / Made-to-Order Furniture: Average 8–12 weeks (varies by builder)
- Quick-Ship / In-Stock Items: Average 2–4 weeks (varies by builder)
What happens after my furniture is built?
Once your furniture arrives at our facility, we inspect it for quality and condition. After inspection, we make every effort to ship or deliver your order within one week.
All timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship nationwide within the United States using trusted third-party freight carriers. We also offer local delivery within a 100-mile radius using our own trucks.
What delivery options are available?
Delivery options may include:
- Curbside Delivery: Delivered to the curb or end of driveway.
- White-Glove Delivery: Inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, assembly, and packaging removal.
How is delivery scheduled?
Nationwide freight: The carrier schedules your appointment.
Local delivery: Our team will call to schedule your delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Nationwide: Shipping is quoted based on item size/weight, delivery option, and destination.
Local (within 100 miles): Flat-rate based on distance from our store.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped or a delivery attempt has been made.
Delivery Day & Damage Claims
What should I do when my furniture is delivered?
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take photos of the item and packaging and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
How long do I have to report damage?
For freight deliveries, damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please also note visible damage on the delivery receipt when possible.
What about local deliveries?
For local deliveries, our delivery team will assist with documenting and reporting any damage at the time of delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return custom furniture?
Custom or made-to-order furniture is final sale and non-returnable (including custom finishes, sizes, woods, or configurations).
Can I return quick-ship or in-stock furniture?
Yes. Quick-ship or in-stock furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition. Return shipping costs apply and a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Can I return home accents or décor?
Eligible home accents may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary.
General Questions
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What if delivery cannot be completed?
If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, refusal, incorrect address, or no one present, the customer is responsible for any re-delivery, storage, or return shipping fees.
