Refund policy
We take pride in offering high-quality, Amish-crafted furniture and carefully selected home goods. Because many of our products are large, custom-built, or shipped via freight, our return policy varies by product type. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Furniture
All custom or made-to-order furniture is final sale and non-returnable.
This includes items that are:
- Built to order
- Made in custom sizes or dimensions
- Customized with specific finishes, colors, woods, or fabrics
Once production has begun, these orders cannot be canceled or returned. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Quick-Ship & In-Stock Furniture
Quick-ship or in-stock furniture may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Item must be in like-new condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to furniture returns.
Home Accents & Small Décor Items
Eligible home accents (non-furniture items) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
We will work quickly to resolve damage claims through repair, replacement, or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Floor models
- Items that have been assembled, used, or modified
How to Start a Return
To request a return or report damage, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary.
