Shipping Policy

We take pride in offering high-quality, Amish-crafted furniture and carefully selected home goods. Because many of our products are built to order and shipped via freight or delivered using our own trucks, shipping timelines and delivery methods vary by product and location. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Shipping Areas

We ship nationwide within the United States using trusted third-party freight carriers. We also offer local delivery within a 100-mile radius of our store using our own delivery trucks. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Lead Times

Most custom or made-to-order furniture has an estimated builder lead time of 8–12 weeks. Lead times vary by builder, product, and season. Quick-ship or in-stock items typically have lead times of approximately 2–4 weeks.

Once furniture arrives at our facility, it is carefully inspected for quality and condition. We make every effort to ship or deliver your order within one week after inspection. All lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delivery Methods

Delivery methods vary by location and may include:

- Curbside Delivery: Delivery to the curb or end of driveway.
- White-Glove Delivery (Optional): Inside delivery, placement in the room of choice, assembly, and removal of packaging.

For nationwide deliveries, the freight carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule a delivery appointment. For local deliveries, our team will contact you to schedule your delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Nationwide shipping is quoted based on item size, weight, delivery method, and destination. Local delivery is charged at a flat rate based on distance from our store. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped or a delivery attempt has been made.

Delivery Access & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate access for delivery, including doorways, hallways, staircases, and elevators, and for complying with any HOA or building requirements. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, refusal, an incorrect address, or no one being present, the customer is responsible for any redelivery, storage, or return shipping fees.

Inspection & Damage Claims

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

- Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of the item and packaging are required
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved

For local deliveries, our delivery team will assist with documenting and reporting any damage.

While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays may occur due to builder schedules, carrier availability, weather, or other factors beyond our control. All delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
